You are responsible for:

a) Patients

• Can search and view healthcare providers
• Can save and interact with listings

b) Healthcare Providers (Doctors / Clinics)

• Must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
• Are responsible for their professional credentials and services
• Healnest does not verify all credentials unless explicitly stated.

All information on Healnest is for informational purposes only.

Using Healnest does NOT create a doctor-patient relationship.

Always seek professional medical advice from a qualified provider.

By submitting content (profiles, text, images), you:

• Grant Healnest a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Confirm that you own or have rights to the content

You must NOT upload:

• False or misleading information
• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Healnest is not liable for:

• Any medical decisions made based on platform content
• Interactions between users
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listings

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of listings
• Availability of services
• That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted

Healnest may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access

If users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
